§ 33.11. FINANCIAL REPORTING.

Financial reports showing current conditions of budgetary and proprietary accounts shall be prepared and presented to the City Council at a minimum of every three months. Not later than 270 days after the close of the fiscal year, an independent annual auditor's report covering all funds and financial operations shall be prepared and published.
