§ 35.48. FUNERAL EXPENSE BENEFIT.

Whenever an active or retired Policeman or Firefighter dies from any cause, the Board of Trustees shall appropriate from the Pension Fund a sum not exceeding $100, made payable to the widow or family, for funeral expenses.
