§ 92.99. PENALTY.

  • (A) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate § 92.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction there-for in the appropriate court of the city, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100 or by imprisonment in jail for a period of not to exceed 60 days, or by both a fine and imprisonment.
    (B) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate § 92.05 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction therefor in the appropriate court of the city, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in jail for a period of not more than six months, or by both a fine and imprisonment.
    (C) Whoever violates § 92.17 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500, or imprisoned in jail not less than 30 days nor more than six months, or both. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit access or deny information to any news media representatives in the lawful exercise of their duties.
