§ 93.11. FEE SCHEDULE.

(A) The determination of mileage fees shall be calculated from the point of service to the point of delivery at a medical facility.

(B) The city hereby establishes the following schedule of fees of for users of the city’s emergency medical services:

SERVICE	FEE
Advanced Life Support 1	$760
Advanced Life Support 2	$810
Basic Life Support – EM	$570
Oxygen	$20
Mileage (per transport mile)	$12 per mile
Automobile Extrication	$750

(C) The City Administrative Officer shall provide for a system of billing and collection to ensure that all fees are accounted for in a timely and efficient manner.
